actually I'm writing about does replacing food with fiber can reduce weight? seen i not in mood to blogging i will make its simple. Okeh according to food science fiber is indigestible substance that can be found in outer layer of plant. Fiber is a special type of carbohydrate that passes through the human digestive system virtually unchanged, without being broken down into nutrients. so what ever you consume fiber the last product is same as what ever you take from beginning. If you a not believe me try eat corn (i suggest buy at pasar malam or nelson) or vegetables, fruits and beans. After several hour go poo then if you dont mind see inside the toilet bowl walla experiment complete. Fiber is a part of carbohyrates, by taking fiber insya-allah your stomach will be full.
you might thinks of "wah i can consume lot of fiber to fead my stomach so i can reduce my weight". Some people believe by replacing real food with fiber is can be true but according to my lecturer its might help little but to depend on it 100% it was a bad idea. Okeh lets see by replacing all your food with fiber its will make you become malnutrition becouse fiber is indisgetable subtance then you will take pils to cover up your lack of nutrition. If YOU WAN REALLY KNOW 1 CAPSUL OF ANY VITAMIN IS TEN TIME HIGHER THEN BODY CAN TAKE. what happen if your life depends on the pils..no more joy being a normal human life. to much vitamin in your body can be dangerous also which mean u can DIE YOUNG.
